God first created the Earth in Genesis 1:1, which nobody had details of how it was until it became void and formless. So, the actual creation story from Genesis 1:6-25 talks about how God fixed the formlessness and voidness situation of the first Earth that was destroyed. Now, let’s have a look at how God made the first world.
In the last study scripture article release, I spoke extensively about the deceptions of false teachers in the Body of Christ, starting from 2 Peter 2:18-19. Today, I am continuing the same series from a second part of that same Bible verse region. Let’s dive in.
Have you proved how the Earth became formless and void in Genesis 1:2? You’ve probably read that scripture several times and struggled to understand it. Today, there’s an answer for you.
You cannot save someone from a thing you are a slave to. In God’s house, that works so much. If a pastor is battling with lust in secret, no matter how well he teaches against it in public, the people won’t change. You are a living witness of Jesus. So prioritize living clean before Him.
In the last study scripture article, I spoke about how God is about to punish false prophets and preachers who are moving around and using His name to do deviant things. In today’s edition, I want to highlight this topic more using the subsequent verses in that same epistle. Take […]
What comes to mind when you hear the word “humility”? To me, it is a whole lot, especially when it comes to God lifting any of His servants to higher stages of impact. Think about it when the Bible says in James 4:6 that God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. Really? There are huge benefits to staying humble in the Lord.Let’s dive in.
There was God before anything existed. And because God has no past, nobody, including you and me, can trace when He started existing. For the atheists out there questioning this, let me tell you that you are not going to get any reasonable answer to justify when God began existing. However, there is one principle I can help you accept: that there is God. It’s called the principle of evidence.
Since the Bible never changes and is still effective, every principle written therein applies to us today. In today’s study scripture release, I want to talk about the depravity of false teachers from 2 Peter 2:12-14. Let’s dive in.
Even if you made the wrong choice, God knows how to order your steps back on track for His destiny in your life. Fret not, dear one. No matter who did that bad thing to you, remember that vengeance is from the Lord.
One of the ways faith has to be used is simply for work. So, James 2:26 confirms it by saying that faith without works is dead. That means a believer who doesn’t use his faith to work has a dormant faith in him. And once such a person’s faith status is dormant, many divine things won’t go on so properly in that person’s life.
Teaching sound doctrine is undoubtedly one of the hardest parts of every preacher’s work in Christ. It means that you ought to spend adequate time with the Bible to understand what God wants you to preach in a thorough way without errors before ministering to God’s people. Some congregants think this is no work, but really it is.
When humans sin, it really infuriates God. I believe the ongoing sins in this generation are far worse than those committed by the people who lived in Noah’s time. But one thing that hasn’t made God wipe out the human race was the declaration He made when Noah offered a sacrifice unto Him that He won’t destroy the Earth with water again (see Genesis 8:21). Nevertheless, the second coming of Jesus is near, and God will judge the Earth. So live clean before Him.
